At present, current legislation, does not allow non-Bulgarians to purchase land without setting up a Bulgarian company. This is not an expensive matter and IMED can arrange this on your behalf. Any agricultural land offered is in an area where planning permission can and has been obtained. Building costs vary as the more properties constructed together, the lower the cost, but a guide would be that a new build of a two bedroom property would be €40,000-€50,000 Euros! |
